Transgendered Participant on America's Next Top Model

Here's a big heck yeah for Isis, giving TransAmerica a huge voice. She may not consider herself a role model, and she's not competing with an agenda, but isn't it great that girls (and guys who claim they only watch because Tyra's hot) across America will get to see what a real transgendered person is like?

We live in a country that is still quick to judge those who deal with gender identity. I never met someone open about being transgender until just a few years ago, and I learned SO MUCH from her. I'm hoping that, even though it is just TV, other people will get something from watching Isis be FIERCE.
