Menstrual Celebration Activities

Hello ladies! I'm new here and also a student. This semester I am doing a self-directed study on menstruation celebration groups. I would like to visit some groups for focus group discussions as well as personal interviews. I'm in the western Mass area, but can travel a little bit. Any information is greatly appreciated!
