I guess we can beging by posing that all qustion what differntiates the boys from the man? A man has achieve manhood. What is manhood? where it comes from? What roles does the woman in his life play? how much is biological/gentecially -as in wired into their brain- and how much is dtermined by socio-cultrual factors?
I thought it would be easier to define masculinity, malenes, manhood, as every woman knows" "we know them better thanslves," and more important: "the male mind " is much simpler than the female mind. So if we can get a glimpe as how a male achieve manhood then perhaps we can apply similr toos to our more complex mind, right?
Note that I fineshed by talking about minds. I start by proposing that manhood and womanhood are states of mind. I also propose that the mind is the product of the "hard wired bain" (which includes the sexual and gender identity) and those factor driven into us by sociay and culture.
Everybody knows that the the female and male brain are physiolocial, biochemicaly, and anatomically different in subbtles ways. Yet, let's disppel one myth, the differences are only statistical, meaning you can find perfectly normal woman whose brain -or part of- are wired or function or perfom within the ranges of a male, and vice verse. True that can argue that perhaps those women have a brain that was maculinized, either by biologyor by nature. But my point here is that when we are talking about "womanhood" or "manhood" then we must keep in mind that we cannot talk about in absolute terms.
So laides, what separete the boys from the man? I do not mind the trvila or humorous thing?
Anybody?
Cheers,
Perlita
