What kind of social activism do you engage in?

I participate in a mobile percussion ensemble that plays for various events. One recent was called Girrls Rock in Eugene Oregon, another was 350, 350 artists for climate change

What organizations do you love or work with?

Samba ja, I like New Moon for girls I have a daughter entering adolescence.

What books, music, films, etc. do you think educate and empower women?

SARK - any of her books, inspiration sandwich, any of them really.

I am currently a student in the massage program in Eugene

I am skilled in compassionate communication, a Reiki practitioner, a student, an active listener reaching out to connect and co create positive meaningful traditions of self and mutually supportive well being.

What would you like other members of this community to know? About yourself, about the world...anything (try not to be profane, though)!

We are each, all of us power full, important and loved.

What was your "women really matter and I'm going to do something about it" moment?

It's been a series of unfoldings beginning when I came to the west coast, pregnant and alone. Meeting wonderful women who encourage me to dream, support my dreams with their interest and intention and by being, showing another opportunity or perspective.
