Books by healers and midwives. Books that are light hearted like latina "chic lit". Books that are inspiring such as Latina authors ie. Borderlands etc

right now I am a MPH professional longtermgaol Midwife

I am a dona trained labor and post partum doula and a child birth and breastfeeding educator.

What would you like other members of this community to know? About yourself, about the world...anything (try not to be profane, though)!

I am a mom of two young children. I am bilingual. I love to dance, eat and be merry with my loveones and meet more individuals wiht common goals.

What was your "women really matter and I'm going to do something about it" moment?

In collegeundergrad at SUNY Purchase College. MY sophmore year! I transfered to Women Studes from Law and never looked back!
