JOY and PLAY! First we must be at peace with ourselves then we can hope for peace in the world.

Currently I am reading and studying Kathleen McGowan's and Gloria Karpinski's books and works.

Labyrinth and experiential education facilitator, Qi gong/Tai chi & yoga instructor.

I feel we are all connected but sometimes the most important connection is with ourselves.

The day I gave birth to a daughter.
