What issues are most important to you?
My passion is inspiring women and girls to love themselves!

I work toward cultivating Red Tents in every neighborhood, and train women to facilitate Red Tent circles.

My mission is inspiring women and girls around the world to reclaim their menstrual cycles as powerful spiritual journeys.
What kind of social activism do you engage in?
Creating safe spaces for girls and women to connect, empower, and celebrate their lives and cycles.
What organizations do you love or work with?

I am an author, public speaker, educator, and facilitator in the fields of women's spirituality, communication, and conflict resolution
What skills and interests to do you have to offer to others in the Red Tent Women's Project communty? This is your chance, so sell yourself!
I would love to share my book: Becoming Peers - Mentoring Girls Into Womanhood.

I offer Red Tent circles for mothers and daughters; workshops for women to heal and reclaim their Inner Maidden, who may have never been welcomed into womanhood; personalized Rites of Passage ceremonies for adolescent girls, and for any stage in women's lives.

I travel to train women in facilitating Red Tent circles, and welcoming girls into womanhood, anywhere in the world women are hungry for this work!
What would you like other members of this community to know? About yourself, about the world...anything (try not to be profane, though)!

What was your "women really matter and I'm going to do something about it" moment?
The first internationl women's conference I attended in Italy, 1989, where I first discovered remenants of the Goddess in religious texts of most cultures.
