I am a theater director, a drama intructor and I have been producing theater in my own company: The Fantastic Experimental Latino Theater Inc. In the company we are conducting the Fantastic Latina playwrite's Lab. To help women to get into the industry.

What would you like other members of this community to know? About yourself, about the world...anything (try not to be profane, though)!

I am an artist that is working in our communites, I integrate in my work a very holistc approach. I try to learn and practice spirituality. In our company,we will be producing a play on domestic violence, based in a book of poetry written by Deyonara Garcia. How can we find our inner peace. That will be the inner bit of the production. I will need the support of women to help with this production.

What was your "women really matter and I'm going to do something about it" moment?

When I made a change in the company. The company will be lead by women. I want to help women to become leaders in the artistic community
