I'm a generalist, an artist, and an activist who is very much focused these days on living purposefully to save the planet

What was your "women really matter and I'm going to do something about it" moment?

Realizing the intervening power and influence of a strong public education system, a loving family, and a connected community on the development of one girl -- making the seemingly impossible possible -- and understanding the ripple effect that my own life's journey could the have on the lives of many many more girls simply by extending to and recreating for others what had been given to me.
